The Good Care (LFPSE) Form is designed and developed according to the compliance requirements provided by LFSPE. This form does not require Patient related field or Tool. Hence, the Patient tool will always be at disabled status for this form.
Similarly to incidents and near misses, the Good Care form is accessible via the home dashboard on the left-hand side.
Mandatory fields need to be completed, prior to saving the form at the bottom of the page.
