Settings
1. Bug 10237: Staff Directory, Unable to add Staff member's facility.
· Description: Within Settings, Staff Directory, whereby an administrative user added an individual to the directory, the facility dropdown was not clickable. This bug has now been fixed as part of this release, and all facilities assigned to the administrative user will show in the dropdown menu.
Patients Module
2. Bug 10717: IM > Forms > Patients > Not able to save while changing Facility.
· Description: When utilizing the change event facility feature (editing an event and selecting a different facility whereby it was reported), the patient’s name was not retained and could not be re-edited. This bug has now been fixed as part of this release. When utilizing the “change event facility “ feature, all of the previous form details are retained e.g. Patient Details.
Near Miss Form (UK/Irish Pharmacies Only)
3. Bug 10831: Medication Good Catch (Near Miss) Form > Old Patient section header is displayed as "Resident" instead of "Patient"
· Description: For organisations using the updated near miss form e.g. UK/English pharmacies launched with the LFPSE forms, the Near miss form referenced Resident Details. This wording has been changed to Patient Details.

4. User Story 10785: Patient Tool - Transaction/ Prescription Number(s) (Tx/Rx #'s) - Fix Validation Logic
· Description: For organisations assigned the updated/new forms, the logic in the Transaction Number field has been updated whereby letters, numbers, and special characters can be included. Previously, only letters and numbers were permitted.
Insights Pro
5. Task 10395: Insights Pro - Export Data: The new file will have Integration Details for each form after all the form and tool details.
· Description: Within Insights Pro, Export Data, when the file is being exported, new column file headers are clickable/exportable. They are as follows:
Enabled Integration: e.g. for UK/English pharmacies LFPSE,
Last Submission Date: When the event was last submitted which is being sent via the integration.
Reference Number: Autogenerated number relating to the event integration.
Status: If the event successfully sent or not e.g. LFPSE
Home Dashboard Chart
6. Task 10182: IM Dashboard Formatting (text box wrapping)
· Description: When logging in and accessing the home dashboard (forms etc.), the numbers included in the summary pie chart have increases in size so that they show in the one line e.g. 10258 Near Misses

ISMP NIDR Integration (Canada Only)
7. User Story 10389: CA - Floating Forms - Integrate with ISMP NIDR (CMIRPS updated mapping)
· Description: The NIDR ISMP Integration is implemented for the new/updated forms, e.g. Pharmacy Medication Incident, whereby only the standardized data fields send. CMIRPS Integrations is applicable only pharmacies from the following provinces - Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Prince Edward Island. For previous events reported with the old forms, these will also send when the events are closed, with the previous integration.
Nova Scotia NIDR Integration (Canada Only)
8. User Story 7597: ISMP NIDR - Nova Scotia - Anonymous Reporting Functionality for Pharmapod Forms
· Description: To facilitate the integration with NIDR reporting to the national database for Nova Scotia pharmacies two options are added to the forms

For option 2 when this is selected, fields that collect identifiable information in the form will be hidden and not be required for the user to fill out.
On clicking submit, the user who submitted the event; their name will show as "Anonymous":
On the summary page in both the main Form Details and in Recent Activities

In the Insights Lite / Pro Export
This means that for the submitter, there will be no identifiable information for users to view with the exception of users directly assigned to the facility via Settings > Users > Facility Access. These users will be able to view the facility name which the event was submitted within the event summary page.
RADIO OPTION 1: I wish to submit to the Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System (CMIRPS) National Incident Data Repository for Community Pharmacies program anonymously, and to my Organization – identifiable submission
Submit with the Pharmacist or Technician’s name, and store identifier. This information is not visible to Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System (CMIRPS) National Incident Data Repository for Community Pharmacies but is visible to my Organization.
RADIO OPTION 2: I wish to submit to the Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System (CMIRPS) National Incident Data Repository for Community Pharmacies program anonymously, and to my Organization – anonymous submission
Submit to Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System (CMIRPS) National Incident Data Repository for Community Pharmacies and my Organization anonymously. (i.e. the name of the submitter and store will be deidentified). In making this selection I acknowledge and agree that I will not receive any Central Office support. This includes managing or handling the incident, including any associated future escalations of the incident, for example, to the privacy commissioner, or other external organizations.

9. User Story 10683: Contributing Factors Option Updates - Sprint 75
· Description: The Following Contributing factors in blue have been added.
In red have been removed
And in Orange have been renamed: for the Contributory Factors widget, within the updated forms, for the event summary page:
All factors also sort in alphabetical order.
These new options will also prepopulate into the Root Cause section (once selected).
