Enhancements

NIDR Forms Newfoundland and Labrador (Canada)

1. User Story 12049: Org Specific Forms > NIDR API implemented for Newfoundland and Labrador (NL)

• Description: Pharmapod has integrated with ISMP NIDR for Newfoundland and Labrador Pharmacies to enable the events reported through Org Specific Forms, submitted to the NIDR CMIRPS automatically every hour at the top of the hour once the event is closed. Only events submitted April 1 2024 forward will be submitted to NIDR CMIRPS for Newfoundland and Labrador.

Form Settings, Closure Rules

2. User Story 111865: Form Settings > Floating Forms - Add quick link for "Closure Rules"

• Description: Within Form Settings, prior to clicking on the relevant form card, the closure rule option can be accessed via the tool/gear icon (for the relevant form).

Form Settings, Risk Matrix

3. User Story 11849: Form Settings > Summary Page Tools > Risk Matrix - Potential harm/impact/Likelihood of recurrence - Editable by organization users

• Description: Within Form Settings, Summary Page Tools, Risk Matrix (for each form), it is now possible to edit the view for the relevant questions “Potential Harm/Impact, Likelihood of recurrence”. i.e. they either show in the form submission, or just in the summary page “Risk Matrix” widget view. “Enabled” means that the questions show within the form submission, whereas “Disabled” means that they only show in the summary page.

Anonymous Cases, Search (Canada Only)

4. Task 11824: Search Update > Anonymous events > Show all

• Description: Within the home dashboard, and the Search function, a new toggle is added called "Submission Options". With these options, users assigned to the the reporting facility/store can access Option 2 and 3 events (Partially and Fully Anonymous from the organization).

5. User Story 12052: Form Settings - Sorting of Forms List to define order of display in IM Dashboard

• Description: Within Form Settings, it is now possible to update for form order view (as they appear for a user once logged in). The button is called “Sort Forms List”, when selected, all assigned forms show, and the user can update the order.
