CQI Tools Mandate Prompt
1. User Story 13007: PQS Safety Report - Additional Wording Update
• Description: Within Form Settings, Summary Page Tools, e.g. Actions, Contributing Factors, a new toggle is added. This is called “Prompt user to fill after saving event” When selected, after a user reports an event, and the tool e.g. actions is prompted to be completed, there is no option to skip it and move to the summary page. The tool will need to be completed.

• Description: Within the PQS report section, the introductory/blurb text has been updated from “The Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) Patient Safety Report has been updated for 2022/23.” To “The Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) Patient Safety Report has been updated for 2023/24”
