Within Form Settings, you can manage the options visible for CQI tools, e.g. Actions, Learning Points etc. and mandate them for completion.
You can do so by following these steps:
Form Settings
Click on the relevant form (arrow button on the far right-hand side within the form).
Summary Page Tools
Click on the relevant tool you wish to update e.g. Actions
Can update various toggles, and add additional dropdown options
Select Save once completed.
