PICKEM VIP Club – How It Works
The VIP Club is PICKEM’s loyalty program. You earn VIP Points every time you play and unlock better rewards, perks, and support as you move up the tiers.
1. How do I join the VIP Club?
You don’t have to do anything.
As soon as you sign up / log in, you are automatically part of the VIP Club.
You will see a VIP tag in your Account / Wallet section.
You can view all your VIP details in:
Account → Wallet → VIP Club
2. How do I earn VIP Points?
You earn VIP Points whenever you wager in PICKEM:
DFS (Coming soon):
– You earn 1 VIP Point for every $1 in entry fees.Sweep Coins (SC) in Social Casino:
– You earn 1 VIP Point for every 1 SC wagered.Gold Coins (GC) in Social Casino:
– You earn 1 VIP Point for every 100,000 GC wagered.
Additional details:
Points are added only after the game outcome is settled.
You can see your current VIP Points and progress to the next tier in your VIP section.
3. VIP Tiers & Requirements
There are 8 VIP tiers. Each tier gives you better rewards and perks.

5. Coinback: Earn coins back on every bet
What is Coinback?
Coinback is a weekly reward where you get a percentage of your net losses back in coins.
You earn Coinback on every bet, win or lose, but the calculation is based on
Coinback = wagered x (1-RTP) x VIP Coinback Rate
Applies to both Sweep Coins (SC) and Gold Coins (GC) bets.
Your Coinback accumulates in a Coinback Vault inside the VIP Club section.
How do I get my Coinback?
Coinback for the week is granted every Monday at 11:00am EST (UTC -5).
When you log in after that time:
A pop-up will appear showing your Coinback.
Your Coinback is added to your SC/GC balance.
You also receive an email confirming the update.
Coinback Formula
Coinback = Wagered × (1 – RTP) × VIP Coinback %
Example:
You wager 10 SC on a game with 97% RTP and your tier Coinback rate is 5%:
10 × (1 – 0.97) × 5% = 10 × 0.03 × 0.05 = 0.015 SC Coinback
Payout type
Coinback is withdrawable after a 1× playthrough.
It accrues automatically and is added to your SC/GC balance.
6. Extra Daily Streak Coins
You get extra SC and GC on top of your daily casino bonus depending on your VIP tier.
Your daily bonus + VIP bonus are shown together and claimed at once.
Example: Daily bonus 1 SC + VIP extra 0.20 SC = 1.20 SC total.
Bronze users do not see a VIP bonus on the streak.
You’ll see your current tier and the Total Daily Casino Reward in the VIP panel.
7. Birthday Gift
On your birthday, you get a special reward based on your tier.
The reward triggers on your first session after your birthday.
If you do not log in on the exact day, you can claim it later — it will wait for you.
8. Level Up Rewards
The first time you reach a new VIP tier, you receive a Level Up reward.
This is a one-time reward per tier.
You’ll see a Level Up modal celebrating your new status.
9. Support Priority
The higher your VIP tier, the faster and more premium your support experience.
Example structure:
Bronze & Silver – Basic / standard support.
Gold & Sapphire – Pro / advanced support.
Ruby – Priority support.
Onyx, Diamond, GOAT – Top-tier support, including manager-level / premium assistance.
Your VIP tier is visible to our support team so we can prioritize accordingly.
10. 24-Hour Redemptions
From Sapphire tier and above, you unlock faster redemptions, targeted to be released from the Pickem platform under 24 hours.
Bronze, Silver, Gold: Standard redemption speeds.
Sapphire, Ruby, Onyx, Diamond, GOAT: 24h redemption benefit (where operationally possible).
11. Early Access to New Games
Top VIP tiers get to try new games before everyone else.
Bronze, Silver, Gold, Sapphire: No early access.
Ruby, Onyx, Diamond, GOAT: Early access to selected new games.
We roll this out via different release waves, so higher tiers see new content first.
12. Where can I see my VIP status?
You can check your VIP info anytime:
Account → VIP Club
VIP Club section shows:
Your current tier
Your VIP Points
Progress to the next tier
Your Coinback Vault
Your perk details (daily bonus, birthday, Level Up rewards, etc.)
