How to activate your Direct Appointments on the Bold Penguin Agent Terminal.

Your Carrier Appointments dashboard is where you activate your Direct Appointments and request Sub-Appointments with the carriers on the Bold Penguin Agent Terminal.

Activating your Direct Appointments

To activate a direct appointment, simply toggle on the respective carrier, make sure Direct Appointment is selected, and enter the producer/agency credentials requested. Click Confirm once complete:

Once you have successfully activated your direct appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. The toggle on the carrier card will also be highlighted in purple.

Note: Several direct appointment activations take an additional step by the Customer Success team. For instance, CNA, Markel, State Auto and others require Customer Success to notify these carriers for activation. In these instances, the carrier card will show a "Pending" Status:

Once the direct appointment activation in complete, you will receive a confirmation email and the toggle will be highlighted in purple.
