Appointing states: Available to agencies domiciled in all 50 U.S. states.

*Agencies domiciled in Alaska or Louisiana must have at least $100,000 of Management Liability opportunity in other states to be considered for a sub-appointment.

Additional considerations:

Agencies classified as “Sole Proprietors” are not eligible for a Berkley Management Protection (Berkley MP) sub-appointment at this time.
