AmTrust can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with AmTrust. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the AmTrust carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. Enter your AmTrust portal username and password. This is the same information you enter when logging into amtrustgroup.com. Once you have entered your information, select CONFIRM.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
