Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Coterie carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4a. If you currently have an appointment with Coterie, select "Direct appointment" as the Appointment type, enter your email address,* and then select CONFIRM.
*This is the same email address used by your agency to log into Coterie's Agent Portal.

Step 4b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with Coterie through Bold Penguin, select "Request through Bold Penguin" as the Appointment type, and then select REQUEST.
To quote with Coterie, you'll need to complete and approve the Bold Penguin Compliance Questionnaire. Therefore, please allow up to 48 hours for activation once compliance is approved.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will be toggled purple.
