Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.

Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:

Step 3. On the Cowbell carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.

Step 4a. If you currently have an appointment with Cowbell, select "Direct appointment" as the Appointment type, enter your Cowbell Agency ID, and then select CONFIRM.

Your Cowbell Agency ID is written in five groups of alphanumeric characters separated by hyphens. The fixed length of each group is: 8-4-4-4-12. For example: 123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426655440000.

To locate your Agency ID, log into the Cowbell Portal and follow the steps below:

Step 4b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with Cowbell through Bold Penguin, select "Request through Bold Penguin" as the Appointment type, and then select REQUEST.

You're all done!

You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
