MSA can only be activated on the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with MSA. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the MSA carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your 6-digit MSA Producer Code.
Your MSA Producer Code is the same as your Location ID. You can find this code in Agents Only before you bridge to the Main Street Express Portal:
Step 5. Once you have entered your Producer Code into the Terminal, select CONFIRM.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
