Markel can only be activated in the Bold Penguin Terminal if an agency is currently appointed with Markel. Sub-appointments are not available at this time.
Step 1. Log into your Bold Penguin Terminal account.
Step 2. In the top left corner, click on the drop-down menu and select Appointments:
Step 3. On the Markel carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.
Step 4. You will be prompted to enter your email and Markel Agency Id. Locate your Markel Agency Id by logging into mPortal, click "Account", and then click "Personal and Address Information".
Step 5. Once you have entered your information, select CONFIRM.
You're all done!
You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use in the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will be toggled purple.
