How to activate Westfield in the Bold Penguin Terminal

Step 1. Login to your Bold Penguin Terminal account.

Step 2. In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select Appointments:

Step 3. On the Westfield carrier card, click on the toggle to activate the carrier.

Step 4a. If you currently have an appointment with Westfield, select Direct appointment as the Appointment type. You will be prompted to enter your Westfield Contract Number. This is the same as your Agency Code. Your entered number will need to be 6 digits long.

You can find your Westfield Contract Number (Agency Code) on the Westfield Small Business Platform under your Agency Information. It can also be located on the Agency Web Passport (AWP) under Policy Search.

Step 4b. If you are requesting a sub-appointment with Westfield through Bold Penguin, select Request through Bold Penguin as the Appointment type, and then select REQUEST.

You're all done!

You will be notified once your appointment is ready to use on the Terminal. Once the appointment is active, the carrier card will also be toggled purple.
