Through the Terminal Insights dashboard, you can review your agency's policies placed through Bold Penguin sub-appointments. Once on the Terminal:
Navigate to the dropdown Menu.
Select Insights and then select Commissions.
Scroll down to the Agency Commission Report.
Select the three dots in the upper left corner of the report table.
Export to CSV or to Excel.
If additional information is required regarding an in-force policy, please contact the carrier directly.
If you want to see which producers within your agency may have bound a particular policy, please refer to the Quotes dashboard within Insights. Although carriers do not provide agent/producer-specific information on their monthly commission reports (only agency-level), you can cross-reference the Applications that continued to carrier with app ID table to see which producers bridged over to a carrier portal from a Terminal application.
Note: Bold Penguin does not receive policy information for those policies bound with directly appointed carriers.
