I entered a risk into the Terminal and got an "out-of-appetite" message, only to get a quote on the carrier's portal. Why?

Not all carrier appetites can be integrated for API quoting, as some risks may require additional underwriter attention and, therefore, may simply be more difficult to quote online. Of course, each carrier's integrated appetite differs. Specific risks, like Lessor's Risk Only (LRO) risks, are not fully integrated for API quoting on the Terminal for some carriers.

We encourage you to contact the carrier directly to confirm if offline appetite is available.
