Sub-appointments obtained through other wholesalers can often not be activated on the Terminal due to technology limitations. However, there are a few exceptions. If you have sub-appointments through another wholesaler, please reach out to support@boldpenguin.com or contact your Customer Success Manager. You will need to provide the sub-code for the applicable carrier.
We encourage you to review the commission rates and commission splits you have in place with other wholesalers. Bold Penguin offers some of the highest commission rates in the market.
