How to sort & filter your Business Expenses according to date, name, description, payment, expense category, amount, recurring or frequency

  • On the Business expenses screen you have a full list of expenses and everything is sequenced according to the date timeline (from earliest date to latest date) as per the far left column.

  • All of these tabs are customisable and sortable for your convenience.

  • On the Business expenses screen you can also scroll through and have a look at business expenses per week, per month or overall per year

  • You can effectively scroll backwards and forwards using the arrow buttons and find the correct time period that you're looking for

  • You can also use the drop-down to specify a customised date period.

  • This graph will show you an overview of exactly how much you’re spending on a daily basis. If you hover over it, it will tell the exact amount that you have spent.

  • You’ve also got a coloured dial which is all split into colour codes and categorised according to your expense categories that you’ve used and selected. If you hover over each colour, it will tell you more detailed information about the expense amount spent.
