PROTIP: It is not possible to DELETE an appointment if it already has a payment made against it. You will need to delete the payment first and then it's possible to delete it.

  • To Edit or Delete an Appointment start in the Appointment View Screen from the Calendar dashboard

  • Click on the appointment directly that you wish to Edit or Delete.

  • It's also possible to Edit or Delete an appointment from the Clients view screen by clicking on the appointment name.

  • After editing the appointment click the Update button on the right side to save all changes.

  • To cancel your changes, or to delete an Appointment click the relevant button as needed.
