Pocket PA gives your clients the chance to book online and saves you time calling and messaging to arrange appointments
As with everything in Pocket PA, you decide whether or not to have an Online booking switched ON or OFF or to keep certain services, classes or packages off the portal for clients to book in themselves.
To switch OFF your clients' access to Online Booking go into the Online booking settings by clicking on the Appointments tab.
Here you can completely switch OFF Online booking in one click
Switch off just a specific Service, Class or Package in Online Booking
To switch OFF online booking for specific services, classes or packages only you will need to go into the page of that specific service, class or package and switch OFF the option for Online booking
Switch the button to OFF to ensure this service, class or package will not show as an option for your clients to book during the online booking process.
NOTE: If your clients click on Online Booking link when you have switched OFF your bookings, a message will be displayed as below
Click the green Update button in the top right corner when you finish.
