How to add a specific question relating to a service offered in your Online Booking process

You can add a specific question relating to any service offered in your Online Booking process.

  • To do this go to the specific Service that is enabled for Online Booking and view the Online Booking area

  • Once Online Booking is switched ON, you can add a specific question you want to ask your client during the Online Booking process that relates to just that one service.

  • This question will be shown during the online booking process if a client selects that specific service and their answer will appear in the Booking Notes area for the booked appointment in your calendar.

  • Click the green Update button in the top right corner when you have finished.
