Add links directly to your booking process so your clients can see your policies at the time of making their online booking.

  • From the Appointments tab, go into your Online booking settings Tab 3, Bookings Settings and Cancellation Policy.

  • Add a link URL to each of your Privacy policy and your Terms and conditions using the 2 boxes.

  • Decide if you want to give clients the option to cancel their booking from the email link sent to them by selecting the ON/OFF button accordingly and set the notice period you allow your clients to cancel their booking.

EXAMPLE: Cancel booking notice of 1 day means your clients must give at least 24 hours notice if they want to cancel their appointment with you.

  • Press Save settings once you've finished.

  • Links to your pages can be seen on the booking process page at the bottom of your Business Time area

NOTE: Your clients will also need to actively check a tick box prior to confirming the booking to acknowledge that they agree to your Terms and Policies and have checked all the appointment details are correctly shown.
