To update your clients' appointment attendance status you need to go to Appointment View Screen from the Calendar dashboard and click on the appointment directly.

  • In the detail area of the appointment you've selected under the client's name, you can change the appointment attendance status from the drop-down to:

    • Pending

    • Attended

    • Cancelled

    • No show

Once it's been updated you will get a success message to confirm it saved
