We will be obviously be very sad to say goodbye if you decide to cancel your subscription but understand that you may have decided to switch off your Pocket PA subscription for a varying number of different reasons.

Switching OFF your Pocket PA Subscription
Desktop View
Go to your User Profile and select Subscriptions tab
Switch the Green Auto Renew Button to OFF (it will go grey)
You will then get a Success Message pop up to Confirm your Subscription was cancelled successfully
The Auto renew button will then be completely grey = Switched OFF
If you switch it off in error, click on the Auto renew button again and your subscription will resume and the button will go back to ON and be green
Mobile View
Go to your Account Settings from the top right menu button
Go to Account Settings and select Subscriptions tab
Click on the green Auto renew button at the bottom and switch OFF so it goes grey
You will then get a Success Message pop up to Confirm your Subscription was cancelled successfully
The Auto renew button will then be completely grey = Switched OFF
If you switch it off in error, click on the Auto renew button again and your subscription will resume and the button will go back to ON and be green
