New Feature: Order Line Import in ProdSys
You can now easily import order lines! The new feature makes it fast to create orders with many lines—without manual entry. Simply upload a file with article number, quantity, price, etc., and ProdSys will automatically validate the content. This reduces errors, saves time, and makes it easy to transfer data from external systems or spreadsheets.
With this new feature, you can:
Import order lines including article number, quantity, price, delivery date, comments, and more.
Get automatic data validation – the system notifies you of any missing or incorrect entries before completing the import.
Save time and reduce the risk of typing errors or duplicate entries.
Use the import feature for sales orders, production orders, and purchase orders.
Improvements and Bug Fixes
It was possible to change the VAT code in the order line dialog.
Barcode in article reports did not work.
Save document before opening additional fields.
Display of signature in custom reports.
The top/bottom text dialog in the report menu was too large.
Improved dialog for changing customer on an order.
Margins did not work correctly in article reports.
