ProdSys now provides a complete overview of the customer's credit by combining Orders + Unpaid invoices . Previously, only the order ­reserve was followed up, but now unpaid invoices are also retrieved from PowerOffice (PO) for a more accurate credit assessment.

When an order is created, ProdSys automatically checks the customer's credit limit. If it is exceeded , the user is immediately notified. This helps reduce financial risk and ensures better decision-making.

Example: Order 50,000 NOK + unpaid invoices 75,000 NOK vs. credit limit 100,000 NOK → new order is marked.

You can now add the order line note below the line descriptions in the order reports.

On document reports you can now retrieve information from Orders and order lines .

Document reports have an improved format with smaller font, repetitive headings and page numbers.

Previously, the menu was opened in full screen with a dialog where you could adjust the size and see the result when adding new records.

You can now expand or collapse all levels of permissions

On Time Items you can add standard consumption of hours of resource per day.
For example, if you always use 2 people at 7.5 hours/day on a resource, you can enter 15 hours. This is added in hours/day in the order item table. This can of course be manually adjusted on the order.
