We continue to improve speed and stability
This week we have continued to work on improving the speed and stability of ProdSys. The focus has been on articles, financial overviews and general functions.
Salary code
The salary code in ProdSys is used to distinguish salary types such as Fixed salary, Hourly salary. These are linked to the employee. Can be used for filtering and exporting hourly data.
New feature: Generate PDF of document reports directly in order
We have now launched a new and long-awaited feature that makes document management even easier in ProdSys.
It is now possible to generate PDF files directly from document reports , while automatically linking the PDF to the document in the order screen . This gives you full traceability and easy access to the right documentation – right where you need it.
With this feature you can, among other things:
Generate PDF of document reports with one click
Save the PDF directly to the document in the order
Ensure that correct documentation always accompanies the order
Simplify document sharing and archiving
The result is better overview, less manual work and safer document flow throughout the entire order process.
New and clearer display of rejected hours – with automatic email notification
We have now launched an improved display of rejected hours in the timesheet , which gives both managers and employees a better overview and clearer communication about timekeeping.
Clear marking of rejected hours
Rejected hours are now clearly and visibly displayed directly in the timesheet, with their own status and icon that makes it easy to see which leads have been rejected. This reduces misunderstandings and makes it faster to find hours that need to be corrected.
In addition, the comment from the person rejecting the lesson is easily accessible, so the employee immediately sees the reason for the rejection and what needs to be corrected.
Automatic e-mail to the employee
When an hour is rejected, an email is now automatically sent to the employee . The email contains information about:
What time is rejected?
date and time period
comment or justification for the rejection
This ensures that the employee is notified immediately, without the need for manual follow-up.
Note hour registration
It is now possible to make Note mandatory for those using station progress.
A dialog now appears when starting a job. The employee can also edit this afterwards in the timesheet.
Improvements and bug fixes
The dialog for missing withdrawals during invoicing has been corrected.
Inventory could only show one Warehouse at a time
The order screen on tablets has been improved
Status and Category on the contact card are sorted alphabetically
Order Search shows start and end only as Date without time
Job card for barcode time registration did not show Production orders
