Insert a copy of an existing Document into the Order screen
When inserting an existing document into the order screen, you can create a new document that is a copy of the selected document.
New overview: Inventory movements
Now you can track all your inventory movements in one consolidated overview. Here you can see which items have been removed or added to inventory, which order the movement belongs to, and who registered it. https://app.prodsys.com/#/inventory-management/article-physical-movements-list
Main features:
Filter by period with From/To date, and quickly scroll between periods with the arrow buttons.
Search and filter in each column – for example, by order number, article number, location or warehouse.
Drag a column header to the top to group, for example by order or item.
Click on the order number or article number to go directly to the order or article.
Choose how many rows appear per page and customize the columns with Custom View.
The overview makes it easy to check consumption against orders and find discrepancies in inventory. The feature is available to all customers from today's update.
New: Postcode validation
ProdSys now checks that the postal code is valid when you register or edit an address on a contact. The validation is based on the country you have selected in the Country field , and supports most European countries.
Most important changes:
Postal codes are checked against the format that applies to the selected country – for example, for Norway, it must be four digits.
If you enter an invalid postcode, you will receive the message "Invalid post code " directly below the field, and the address cannot be saved until it is corrected.
Remember to select the correct country first so that the postal code is checked against the correct format.
This helps reduce address errors on orders, invoices and shipments, and improves data quality in the contact register. The feature is available to all customers from today's update.
New: The filter is remembered when adding items to an order
When you add products, items, equipment or product packages to an order, ProdSys now remembers the filters you last used in the search field at the top of the window. This saves you from having to set up the same search again every time you open the window.
Most important changes:
Search text, the Search in specifications option , and the category filters at the top (for example, Concrete and Reinforcement) are remembered for the next time you add articles.
The filters are retained even after you click Add and reopen the window.
Column filters and searches down in the list itself are not remembered – these are reset each time, so you always start with a full overview in the grid .
Click X in a filter to remove it.
This saves time when registering many order lines within the same category. The feature is available to all customers from today's update.
New overview: Item discount list
Under the Article menu you will now find the Article Discount List – a comprehensive overview of all articles in a discount group, with prices and discounts in one place. Select the discount group at the top, and the list will show which articles are included and what the discount actually means for the price.

Main features:
Select Discount Group at the top to see the items that belong to the group.
See supplier, discount rate, cost price, sales price, discount and margin (DG %) for each item.
Search and filter in each column, for example by article number, description or supplier.
Drag a column header to the top to group, for example by supplier.
Scroll between discount groups with the arrows next to the selection.
The overview makes it easy to quality-assert prices in discount groups and detect items with low coverage. The feature is available to all customers from today's update.
New: Drag and drop attachments in email
When sending an email from ProdSys, for example an order confirmation, you can now attach multiple files by dragging them directly into the email window. You don't have to navigate through the file selector every time.
Most important changes:
Drag one or more files from your computer and drop them in the Drag & drop files here or click to browse field under Files .
You can still click in the field, or on the paperclip icon, to select files in the usual way.
The document ProdSys generates , for example Order-271274.pdf, is already available as an attachment.
Click the down arrow to preview an attachment, or the trash can icon to remove it before sending.
This is how you can easily attach drawings, data sheets or images along with the order confirmation in one and the same email. The feature is available to all customers from today's update.
New: HS code and country of origin on order lines
The order lines in ProdSys now have two new columns: HS Code and Country of Origin . The values are retrieved from the article and displayed directly on each line in the order. The fields can also be added to order reports, so that the customs information is included on the order confirmation, packing slip and invoice.
Most important changes:
The HS Code and Country of Origin columns appear on the order lines.
Search and filter by HS code, or select country of origin from the drop-down list .
The fields can be added to order reports, such as order confirmations, packing slips, and invoices. Contact support if you want the fields on your report templates.
This makes it easier to deliver correct customs documentation when exporting, without manual rework. The feature is available to all customers from today's update.
Improved job card report with smaller font
The job card has been given smaller font and a more compact structure, so that more information fits on each page. Previously, long parts lists and many columns could cause the card to break across multiple pages or text to be cut off.
Most important changes:
Smaller font size in both the top bar and the article list.
All columns – Article No. , Description, Note, Quantity, L, W, H, T, Location, Color and Material – fit in the width without the text wrapping.
Grouping by item group, such as Labor, Gaskets, and Bolt, is retained with clear headings.
Fewer pages to print per job card.
The result is a cleaner job card that is easier to read in the workshop. The change applies to all customers from today's update.
New: Send email from ProdSys via Gmail
ProdSys now supports email integration with Google Gmail . Emails you send from ProdSys, such as order confirmations and invoices, will then go directly through your own Gmail account. The recipient will see your address as the sender, and sent emails will end up in the Sent folder in Gmail .
Most important changes:
Select Google Gmail as your email system under User Settings → Email Setup .
Set Email type to OAuth integration and click Activate . You then log in with your Google account and authorize access.
No passwords are stored in ProdSys – login is secure via Google.
The setup is done per user, so that each individual sends from their own account.
The integration provides better delivery reliability and full visibility of sent emails in Gmail . The feature is available to all customers starting today's update.
