This is the Inventory List form in ProdSys, which provides a detailed overview of your inventory levels, stock movements, and related article information. Here’s a breakdown of the key sections of the form:

Open Inventory List

Log in to ProdSys using your credentials.

Navigate to Logistics / Inventory List from the side menu.

Top Section - Article Overview

This section displays a list of all articles in your inventory. Key columns include:

Article Number: The unique identifier for each article.

Department: The department responsible for the article.

Group: The group or category the article belongs to.

Description: A brief description of the article (e.g., dimensions, material type).

Supplier: The supplier or vendor from which the article is sourced.

Article Type: Defines whether the item is a finished product, raw material, or another type.

Qty in Stock: Shows the current quantity of the article available in stock.

Planned Qty: The quantity planned for production or order.

Ordered Qty: The quantity that has been ordered but not yet received.

Reserved Qty: The quantity reserved for existing orders.

Min Stock Qty: The minimum quantity you want to maintain in stock.

Max Stock Qty: The maximum stock level you want to keep.

There are also other columns for Unit, Lead Time Days, Stock Value, and Plan Value to track further details about the inventory’s status, value, and reorder information.

Bottom Left Section - Location Overview

This section shows the Warehouse and Location where the selected article is stored. Key fields include:

  1. Warehouse: The specific warehouse where the article is located.

  2. Location: The precise storage location within the warehouse (e.g., a specific shelf, bin, or section).

  3. Location Description: Additional information or notes about the location.

  4. Quantity: The quantity of the article stored in this location.

This allows you to track which warehouse and location are holding the stock and their associated quantities.

Bottom Right Section - Stock Movements

This section provides a detailed list of movements for the selected article, including key information about orders and stock changes:

  1. Order Number: The related order number that generated the movement.

  2. Order Category: Indicates the type of order (e.g., purchase order, sales order).

  3. Customer Name: Shows the customer involved in the transaction if applicable.

  4. Movement Qty: Displays the quantity of the article that was moved (positive or negative, indicating additions or subtractions from stock).

  5. Order Date: The date the order was placed.

  6. Order Delivery Date: The expected or actual delivery date.

This section helps you trace the flow of inventory through various orders, keeping track of stock movement for individual articles.
