The Picklist screen in ProdSys is used to confirm the withdrawal of items from the warehouse based on an order. Users can see which items need to be picked, their location in the warehouse, and the quantity to be picked.
Step 1: Log in to ProdSys
Log in to your ProdSys account using your username and password.
Option 1: Navigate to the Picklist screen in the sidebar: Logistics / Picklist https://app.prodsys.com/#/inventory-management/articles
Option 2: Open the picklist from the Station Progress screen. Select the "three dots" Action Menu, then Picklist

Step 2: Understand the Picklist Overview
The top section contains a table displaying information about the items to be picked:
Article Number: Displays the unique number for each article to be picked.
Location: Displays the specific warehouse location for the article (e.g., shelf or section).
Article Description: Provides a brief description of the article to be picked.
Image: Allows you to view an image of the article by clicking on the icon.
Category Number: Shows the category or group to which the article belongs.
Order Line Description: Describes the order line the article is tied to, often with a short description of the service or item.
Total Stock: Displays the total stock of the article in the warehouse.
Quantity to Pick: Displays the quantity of the article to be picked for this order.
Picked Quantity: Shows how much has been picked. This can be adjusted if necessary.
Quantity Difference: Displays any discrepancies between the planned and actual picked quantities.
Step 3: Filtering and Searching
At the top of the screen, you can use the search and filtering features to find specific items or order lines.
Filter the orders you need to pick from the top of the screen.
You can filter based on location, category number, or article description to narrow down the list of items that need to be picked.
Step 4: Confirm Picking of Items
In the Picked Quantity column, you confirm how many units of each article you have picked.
The quantity can be confirmed by selecting the checkmark or the arrow back to reverse.
The Quantity Difference will automatically update if there is a difference between the planned quantity and the actual picked quantity.
Step 5: Complete Picking
Once all items have been confirmed as picked and the quantities have been adjusted, the picklist will show that the task is complete. You can then proceed with processing the order further in the system.
