The Company Time Report serves as a high-level overview for time management and allows for easy monitoring of the daily attendance and work contributions of employees. It is particularly helpful for:

  • Tracking attendance: Monitor which employees are working, absent, or on leave.

  • Managing overtime: Check when employees have worked beyond their standard hours.

Key Features of the Time Report

  • Employee Names: Listed in the first column, showing all relevant employees within the selected time frame.

  • Daily Overview: Each day within the selected period is displayed with different color indicators representing:

    • Green: Indicates normal time worked.

    • Red: Absence on working days

    • Yellow: Shows flex withdrawals or corrections.

    • Blue: Worked more hours than planned

    • Gray: No time planned and no used.

  • Total Hours: The total hours logged per employee are shown at the far right, giving a quick view of their total contribution for the period.

  • Date Filter: At the top of the screen, there is an option to select the date range for the report, making it easy to generate reports for specific periods.

  1. Navigate to the Company Time Report: From the Time Management section in ProdSys, select Company Time Report from the available options.

  2. Select Date Range: Choose the period you want to review by setting the start and end date using the date pickers at the top of the screen.

  5. Export the Report (if needed): If you need to share or save the report, use the export functionality to download the report in CSV format for further analysis or documentation.
