Time Bank Management in ProdSys
The Time Bank management page is a key tool for managing employee work hours, including overtime and time-off balances. Admins and managers can track, transfer, and adjust employee time bank balances as needed. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use the Time Bank page effectively for managing employees’ time banks.
Step 1: Access the Time Bank Management Page
From the main menu, navigate to Time Management > Time Bank.
The page will display two panels:
Employee Overview on the left-hand side.
Time Log Details on the right-hand side.
Step 2: Select Date Range
Use the Date Range pickers at the top of the screen to set the time period for which you want to view or manage the employee's time logs.
Step 3: Review Time Bank Balances
In the Employee Overview panel, you will see the following columns:
Employee: List of all employees.
Saldo: Current balance of time available in the employee’s time bank.
Transfer Amount: Field transfer amount for the selected employee.
Review the current balance for the selected employee, noting the available Saldo.
Step 4: View and Analyze Employee’s Time Log Details
On the right side, the Time Log Details will show each logged time entry for the selected employee.
Date: The date when the time was logged.
Start and End: The start and end times for the logged hours.
Time: The total hours worked during that period.
Timecode: The type of hours logged (e.g., overtime, holiday).
Timebank: Indicates how the time was recorded in the time bank (e.g., 50% overtime or 100% timebank).
Step 5: Transfer Time Bank Balances
To transfer hours to an employee's time bank from on year to another:
Go to Choose mode: Select Transfer Saldo
The date period is automatically set to last year
Review the Saldo for last year
Press button Transfer Saldo
This will create a new startup saldo for each employee this year 01.01
Modify the new Saldo if necessary
