Step 1: Access the Vacation Management Page
From the main menu, navigate to Time Registration > Vacation.

Use the date pickers at the top of the screen to set the time period for which you want to view or manage the employee's vacation records.
Step 3: Review Vacation Balances
In the Employee Overview panel on the left, you will see the following columns:
Employee: A list of all employees.
Vacation Days per Year: The current number of vacation days allotted to the employee from the employee profile.
Vacation Balance: The number of vacation days remaining for this year.
Review the current vacation balance for the selected employee and note the available days.
Step 4: View and Analyze Employee Vacation Records
On the right side, the Vacation Details panel will show each vacation entry for the selected employee:
Date: The date when the vacation was logged.
Time: The total number of vacation days used during the period.
Days: The number of days.
Time Code: The type of vacation (e.g., regular vacation, balance).
Approval Date: The date the vacation was approved.
Approved by: Name of the employee who approved the vacation.
Step 5: Transfer Vacation
To transfer Vacation from one year to the next:
Go to Choose Mode: Select Transfer Balance.
The date period is automatically set to the previous year.
Review the balance for the previous year.
Press the Transfer Balance button.
This will create a new starting balance for each employee for the new year (01.01).
Adjust the new balance if necessary.
