How do I contact Customer Support?

For the best support experience, make sure your game is updated to the latest version.

  • Heart of Vegas – Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the lobby and select Support.

  • Cashman Casino – Tap Connect at the bottom of the lobby screen.

  • Lightning Link and Mighty Fu Casino – Tap the Customer Support button on the left side of the lobby.

From there, you’ll have access to instant answers and helpful articles.

To help us assist you faster, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Date and time the issue occurred

  • Your time zone

  • The game, feature, bonus, or purchase related to the issue

  • Any relevant amounts (for example: “I purchased the $1.99 package…” or “I didn’t receive 50,000 coins.”)

Where to check updates from Customer Support?

A red dot, sometimes with a number, appears when new messages or replies are waiting.
