Recent reports suggest an increase in Amazon Business account suspensions. This becomes particularly problematic if your Seller Central account is linked to a suspended Amazon Business account (e.g., using the same email address). In such cases, the Seller Central account remains active, but you may lose the ability to log in. Sellers who deal in bulk sales to resellers appear to be the most affected. While the exact cause of these suspensions is unclear, the number of incidents is growing.

Here’s how to secure a backup account:

  1. Invite a trusted person, such as a family member, close friend, or partner. They will receive an email to complete their registration.

  2. After registration, complete the identity verification by uploading their ID through Seller Central.

  3. Assign full admin permissions to the new user to ensure the account can be fully accessed if needed.

Complete these steps as soon as possible! Having a backup account is the best way to stay operational in case you lose access to your main login.
