Inventory Reimbursement Templates
The reimbursement export available in the Export & Import section uses the same process as the export inside the Reimbursements module. You will find the guide for that here.
Both options allow you to prepare an Amazon reimbursement template using the cost of goods from your tracked ProfitDesk orders.
You can therefore start the reimbursement export either directly from the Reimbursements module or from Export & Import.
Amazon Business
Invoice Exports for A2A Orders
The Invoice Export allows you to download your available Amazon Business invoices as a ZIP file.
To start the export, open the invoice export option inside ProfitDesk.
Step 1: Enter a File Name
Enter a name for the export file.
ProfitDesk automatically suggests a file name based on the current date, but you can change it if needed.
Step 2: Select a Date Range
You can optionally define a Start Date and End Date.
Only invoices that fall within the selected period will be included in the export.
If you leave both fields empty, ProfitDesk will export all available invoices for the selected account and marketplaces.
Step 3: Select the Marketplaces
Choose the Amazon marketplaces you want to include in the export.
You can select one or multiple marketplaces depending on where you placed your Amazon Business orders.
Step 4: Select the Account
Choose the connected Amazon Business account whose invoices you want to export.
This is particularly useful if you have multiple Amazon Business accounts connected to ProfitDesk.
Step 5: Export the Invoices
Click Export as ZIP to create the export.
ProfitDesk will collect all available invoices that match your selected account, marketplaces, and date range and download them together in one ZIP file.
Accounting
AccountOne
