Change your payment method with ease

Changing your current payment method is a straightforward process in the ProfitPath dashboard. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you update your information quickly and efficiently.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

Step 2: Profile Access

  • Profile Picture: Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to Subscription Settings

  • Subscription Section: Head over to the Subscription section by following this link: Billing Settings.

Step 4: Change Payment

  • Now you will find a change payment button. This button will redirect you to your stripe customer portal.

Step 5: Update Information

  • Editing Details: In the customer portal, click on the pen next to your old payment method to proceed with changing your payment method.

Step 6: Save Your New Information

  • Finalize Changes: Enter your new payment details. Once you have updated the information, make sure to save it to successfully update your payment method.
