Change your payment method with ease
Changing your current payment method is a straightforward process in the ProfitPath dashboard. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you update your information quickly and efficiently.
Step 1: Access the Dashboard
Navigate to the Dashboard: Begin by visiting our main dashboard at ProfitPath Dashboard.
Step 2: Profile Access
Profile Picture: Click on your profile picture located in the top right corner of the dashboard.
Step 3: Navigate to Subscription Settings
Subscription Section: Head over to the Subscription section by following this link: Subscription Settings.
Step 4: Enter the Customer Portal
Stripe Customer Portal: Once in the Subscription section, open the customer portal via Stripe to access your billing information.
Step 5: Update Information
Editing Details: In the customer portal, click on pen next to your old creditcard to proceed with changing your payment method.
Step 6: Save Your New Information
Finalize Changes: Enter your new payment details. Once you have updated the information, make sure to save it to successfully update your payment method.
