RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.2 Instructions (2020)
Log into your RLSS UK Account.
Hover over your username in the top right hand corner of the screen and then click on the ATC/ATP that you want to advertise the job for.
Once the ATC page has loaded click the "Jobs" tab as highlighted in the picture below.
To create a new job click the “Create new job” box that appears on screen.
In the “Job Details” page fill in all of the details you can with a minimum of job title, company/venue and location.
Locations can be entered as City, First half of Postcode or Full Postcode – You may even be able to put the venue name and the city if the venue is registered on the map.
An example of a completed form is below.
The three text boxes on the right are fully editable including bullet points, paragraphs and all other rich text functions.
Once you hit “Publish Job” at the bottom the job will be posted to “Job Finder”. You can edit the job by going back to “Jobs” in the ATC/ATP page and hitting the edit button below the listing – see below.
Once a job is published on “Job Finder” (providing a valid location is set) a pin will be placed on the map and potential applicants will be able to search based on distance from a location.
When an applicant clicks on the map pin they will potentially get two buttons:
“Details” – This will take them to the advert you have created.
“Apply Now” (if the application link is set on advert) – This will redirect them to the website where they can apply for the job.
