This functionality is only available at the Approved Training Centre (ATC) mother site but sessions will be available at all child sites.

Login to your RLSS UK Account, go to the Approved Training Centre (ATC), and click 'Ongoing Training'.

Scroll down to underneath the wallchart and click 'Edit Settings'.

Then at the bottom of the first section click 'Add Template'.

In the 'Create Ongoing Training Session Template' page you will need to add the following information:

Name - Name of the session. This should include the length of the session i.e. 1 hour

Short code - This is a maximum of 5 characters and will appear below the date in the wallchart.

Description - A description of the session and the topics covered.

Then click 'Save'.

Once you have saved the session template to go back into the template click 'Edit' next to the session template in the list.

There will now be a section at the bottom that will allow the upload of any files that you want to be available with the session such as session plans.

You can click the upload icon or drag and drop the files to upload them. Once the upload is complete click 'Save'.
