How to Opt-in to Support Finder

How to opt-in and get found on Support Finder using your RLSS UK Account.

RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.1 Instructions (2020)

Login to your RLSS UK Account.

Click on 'Support Finder' in the top banner.

Click on the 'Opt-In' button.

Enter your name as you want it to appear on the search (either personal name or company name), Contact Number and/or Email.

Tick all boxes that you are qualified to assess/mentor and that you want to be contacted about. Then read and tick the statement at the bottom of the page to agree to the terms and conditions/privacy policy.

Then click 'Opt-In'.

The record will last for 12 months before you have to renew the opt-in.

You can opt out again at any time.


RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.2 Instructions (2024)

1. Login to your RLSS UK Account at https://rlssuk.tahdah.me/login.

2. Click "Support Finder".

3. Click "Opt in".

4. Enter a contact number and/or a contact email.

5. Enter a "Postcode". This will not be displayed to the end user.

6. Click all of the support you are qualified and willing to offer.

7. Click to confirm that you are fully qualified to deliver the support that you have offered.

8. Click "Opt in".

9. The date you have opted-in will now be displayed at the top of this page. You can opt out at any time. You must renew your consent to be displayed at least annually.
