You can search for your own properties based on many different criteria, here are some options:
Click [Properties] on the platform menu
Click [ Search]
Select one of the following: [For Sale], [Long Term Rental], [Short Term Rental]
Select [Own Company]
Click [Search] to find all your own properties.
Ways to find specific listings:
Follow steps 1 to 4 above, then do one of the following:
Enter a property reference number in the [Red Id] box
Enter basic parameters of the property such as: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Price, Property Type…etc (Left-hand side). E.g: 2 bed, 2 baths, price range
Search by location of the property using the [Location] box
Search by Address using the [Address] box
In [More options] there are options to search by:
Owner name
Build size, Terrace size, floor number…etc.
Property Status, eg: find all your Sold listings
Shared and Not Shared
You could also perform a wide search with no parameters and sort the results by Last Updated Date, if you are looking for a new property it should appear in the first few results
Click the clock icon on the search results header to change the order of the list up and down
NOTE:
Most of the above methods rely on the information you have entered into the property listing.
You must do separate searches for Sale or Rental (long and short term) properties.
