How do I clear my browser's cookies?

Follow these steps to remove cookies from your browser of choice.

Google Chrome

  1. In the top-right, click the Chrome menu icon

  2. Click Settings, scroll all the way down and click on Advanced

  3. In the Privacy section, click Content settings and then click on Cookies

  4. There's a search field to the right of All cookies and site data, type resales in there and wait for results

  5. Click on REMOVE ALL SHOWN

  6. Close Google Chrome


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu button followed by Options.

  2. On the left, click on Privacy & Security.

  3. Click on remove individual cookies.

  4. Search for resales and wait for results.

  5. Click on Removed All Shown.

  6. Close Mozilla Firefox.


Opera

  1. Click the Opera logo on the top left followed by Settings

  2. Click on Privacy & Security followed by scrolling down

  3. Under Cookies, click on All cookies and site data...

  4. Search for resales and wait for results

  5. Click on Delete all shown

  6. Click on Done followed by closing Opera completely and opening it again


Microsoft Edge

It is not currently possible to remove individual website cookies from Microsoft Edge, you may however, choose to remove all cookies within the browser (ATTENTION: This will remove all cookies for all websites included saved forms, passwords, etc).

  1. Click on the menu button situated in the upper right corner

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.

  4. Check the boxes next to Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.

  5. Click on Clear.

  6. Close Microsoft Edge.


Internet Explorer & Safari

We do not recommend you use either of these browsers. Either for security concerns or incompatibility, several functionalities within the system will not work with these 2 browsers. We also do not recommend you use Internet Explorer at all as this browser has been discontinued and no longer receives security updates.
