DDoS Mitigation
Our infrastructure provides DDoS mitigation techniques including connection rate limiting in addition to internal bandwidth capacity that exceeds the Internet carrier supplied bandwidth. We work closely with our providers to quickly respond to events and enable advanced DDoS mitigation controls when needed.
User Authorisation
Access to Resales-Online is controlled by a username and password. This only gives access to the customers Resales-Online Account. Users rights, once in the application, are dependent upon the level of security set by the customers account administrator.
Compliance
Our database servers under go recurring assessments by Trustwave to ensure compliance with PCI DSS. An information security standard.
Security Patches
Resales-Online does preventive maintenance to protect against any known security vulnerabilities by deploying security patches as and when they are available.
Redundancy
Your data is stored on multiple servers and we can restore these servers in the case of an outage. Resales-Online additionally takes database and file backups every day. This backup is stored on a separate server to protect against hardware failure. In case of total system failure, the service can be restored within 6 to 10 hours.
