Wait for the device to run completely out of power and then charge the phone.
Do a Factory reset.
IMPORTANT: Contact Support before performing this step. This step should never be done unless recommended by the Support team.
To complete a factory reset:Hold down Volume Down + Power for about 10 seconds until the phone restarts.
As soon as the screen goes black, immediately, press and hold Volume Up while continuing to hold Power until you see the Recovery menu.
When the recovery menu is displayed, use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe data/factory reset, press the Power button to select it, confirm, then choose Reboot system now.
