Locked Accounts & Password Resets

Our Screening Team is happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can ask another account user to reset your password. Users with these permissions will log in and go to Admin > Manage Client > Users > Select User and then create a new password.

New User

If you do not have an account, please have a current user reach out to the Screening Team with the name and email address of the new user. We will need permission from an active user to add any new users to the account.

Current Users with admin permissions can also add new users by going to Admin > Manage Client > Users > New. The Screening Team does not need to be notified in this case.
