The income verification email request will expire after 14 days. The report in the landlord’s account will also expire 14 days from completion, there is a countdown in their account and if they do not save it or print it there will be no way to obtain this report again. (if the email request expires for the applicant we can create a new request to send to the applicant so that they can complete it).
