If you are having any issues connecting to TransUnion for the manual verification process, you can try sending documents over to them via email, as this may help expedite the process! You would send the following documentation to mydocs@transunion.com:

1) Government issued photo ID; and

2) U.S. Bank statement or utility bill from the last 60 days bearing your name and address, as well as the institution's logo.

It is very important that the information being entered within the TransUnion application matches the information on the documentation being provided.
