This article outlines the step-by-step process for uploading and selecting visuals for advertisements within Rocketeer's Media Library. This guide is designed to help users efficiently manage and utilize their visual assets, ensuring that ads are enhanced with the appropriate images and videos. By following this SOP, users will be able to upload new media, navigate the Media Library, and select the right visuals for their advertising campaigns with ease.

1. Inside the Campaigner Builder, go to the Create Ads section then click the "Create" button to open the Ad.
2. Inside the Ad you will see a section called Visual where users can add the photos or videos they would like to use in their ad.
3. Click on the "Upload Photos or Video" button.
4. It will open this pop-up where users can upload images and videos and right below it is the Media Library that stores all the ad creatives.
5. The Media Library lets users store everything and reuse their stuff anytime anywhere.
6. Users can click "Load More" to pull up other ad creatives.
7. Users can also use the Search Media option to find the file by its name if they remember it.
8. By default, the Media Library is gonna start with "All Media." This right here is a mix of images and videos. The way to tell the difference when it's on All Media is that videos will have a little thumbnail with the play icon.
9. If you click on the Dropdown and select Images. You'll notice different shapes and sizes, that's because that's the actual different shapes and sizes of the ads themselves. So users can get context of what's the dimensions of images for the the ad.
10. Users can also sort by Videos.
Adding visuals to the Ad
11. To add a new image or video, users can either click the Upload icon, click "Browse," or drag the file into the gray section.
12. To add an image from the Media Library, simply click on the image.
13. Users will be able to Preview the image. Hit "Back" or X" to go back and select a different image.
14. To add the image to the ad, click "Select As Visual"
15. If the user accidentally clicks the wrong asset, they can undo it by clicking "Remove."
16. For Videos, the process will be the same. However, after uploading the video, it will also ask you to add a thumbnail. By default, Facebook requests a thumbnail. Inside Rocketeer, users have the option to drag and drop or browse and upload a completely new thumbnail for the video.
