Fees for Simulated Sim Challenge demo accounts purchased from SeacrestFunded may be refunded only if canceled within 14 days of the date of the transaction. Please be aware that refunds are only applicable to untraded demo accounts, and you are required to initiate the refund request within 14 days of your purchase.
For Evaluation or Challenge accounts purchased using crypto, the refund will also be issued in crypto. However, you must undergo KYC/AML verification first before we can send the refund. This is required as part of our anti-money laundering policies.
