Your Seacrest Markets simulated account (challenge or live sim prop) will deactivate if there's no trading activity for 30 consecutive days. To keep it alive, simply log in and execute at least one trade (open/close a position) within that window.
Why This Rule?
We monitor activity to maintain a smooth, efficient platform for all traders. Inactive accounts can tie up resources, causing load imbalances that slow performance for everyone. By staying active, you help optimize our system and comply with our policies.
How to Avoid Inactivity:
Every 30 days, log into your trading account, and complete one trade
What Counts?: Any closed position qualifies, as long as it's a full trade cycle (open/close)
We'll email reminders at Day 27 (We send reminder emails at Day 27 to help keep you on track, but please note that we're not responsible if an email doesn't arrive or goes unseen (e.g., due to spam filters). These are sent to all users as a courtesy - it's best to proactively monitor your activity to stay compliant, regardless
KYC & Live Sim Expiration
Once you pass a challenge, you have 180 days to complete KYC verification (ID, address proof, selfie). Your live simulated prop account expires permanently after 180 days with no activity.
